2. Utilization mode of manure, water and fertilizer

The solid manure should be composted, fermented, and used as fertilizer nearby or entrusted with centralized treatment.

Main shortcomings: the manure storage period usually reaches more than half a year, and sufficient land is needed to build oxidized pond storage facilities; Fertilization period is concentrated, need to support professional mixing equipment, fertilization machinery, farmland application pipe network, etc.; Manure is expensive to transport over long distances and can only be applied within certain limits.

Scope of application: suitable for bubble manure process of pig farm or automatic dung scraping and flushing process of dairy farm, the total solid content of manure is less than 15%; The farmland that needs to match the manure manure level.

4. Aerobic composting mode of feces

Solid manure from large-scale pig, beef cattle, laying hens, broilers and sheep farms is mainly treated with aerobic compost and then used or produced as organic manure in field.

Main advantages: high temperature of aerobic fermentation, more thorough manure harmless treatment, short fermentation cycle; Composting improves the added value of manure.

Main disadvantages: aerobic composting process is prone to produce a large amount of odor.

Scope of application: suitable for only solid manure, no sewage production of large-scale broiler, laying hens or sheep farm, etc.
